Steamy Kitchen Update!

  Happy Friday {NAME}! Life's force is made of channels and channels of flowing energy. Have you ever seen a wind map? It's a geographical map that shows the direction and intensity of current wind conditions. I believe that the magic of life is similar to that...with always-changing patterns of highs, lows, swirls, ups and downs. When you experience moments of joy or when things go *just* right, do you feel like you're floating on an incredible wave of energy? That's what I call flow. Same when you're stuck in a rut, sometimes you may feel like you're swirling in a downward current. Do you fight it? It's like walking against a very strong wind, head down, forcing your way against the gust. Sometimes, when I'm struggling, or in a pit, I imagine myself physically standing up, and instead of fighting the wind, I imagine myself walking across, taking a few steps to catch a different current. It may take several tries to catch the perfect current that fits perfectly. Yesterday, we drove 2 hours from Vegas to Death Valley in California.
