You'll notice the difference when working with invoices, so give it a whirl! - Various bug fixes and performance fixes. 🔧 February Recap - Lightspeed K-Series Integration: WISK now seamlessly integrates with Lightspeed K-Series POS. Learn more here: [How to Download/Export Reports & Data]( - % Discount on Invoices: Add discounts as a percentage or dollar amount per unit/case when creating invoices. - Draft Invoice Converted Email: Receive an email with invoice details when a draft invoice is converted. - WISK Platform Improvements: All venues are now on the new database infrastructure, leading to increased speeds for venues with large amounts of data. 📰 Industry News: - Competitive Menu Pricing: Striking a balance between customer value perception and production cost is crucial in setting competitive menu prices. Offering high-quality menu items at reasonable prices is key to attracting and retaining customers. Regularly reviewing and adjusting your menu pricing to reflect market trends and ingredient costs ensures you stay competitive and maintain healthy profit margins. - Uber Eats Delisting Ghost Kitchens: Uber Eats is taking action against low-quality virtual restaurants that clutter the app with repetitive listings. The company is removing around 5,000 virtual kitchens that violate its new policy, which requires at least a 60% difference in menu items for virtual restaurants operating from the same physical location. Ghost kitchens must also maintain a 4.3-star rating or higher, have a 5% or lower cancellation rate, and maintain a 5% or lower inaccurate orders rate.
