On the Path... [View in Web Browser]( [Access your FREE 15-minute insight call with Dylan]( Hi {NAME},  This Sunday I'd like to bring your attention to a simple idea that can rapidly accelerate your personal growth. And it is already having a tremendously positive effect on me in this new year. It is... DAILY CULTIVATION in your spiritual practice. Now, 'spiritual practice' can mean a lot of things, but I'll loosely define it here as something you concentrate your effort and attention on in order to improve your inner life. Your 'inner life' is the way you feel about yourself and about your relationships with anything perceived as external, be it other people, anything else in the world at large, or whatever power we look to as 'God.'  Many activities can be part of your spiritual practice and greatly assist your spiritual growth... Meditation and study. Yoga, Qi Gong, breath work, and martial arts. Time in nature. Journaling and reflection. Self-hypnosis, art, or gym time. Even sobriety. The primary aim of spiritual growth is to transcend the negativity of lower levels of consciousness (anxiety, fear, overwhelm, resentment, abandonment, depression), and learn to maintain yourself in higher states of consciousness (neutrality, willingness, acceptance, reason, love, peace). Of the many spiritual practices I've engaged in over the last few decades, the physical and meditative arts of Tai Chi and Qi Gong have been the most powerfully self-healing, calming, and overall life changing. But there's a bit of a catch... To experience the full benefit and magic of any of these practices, daily cultivation is essential. It's essential because it channels your intention along with your energy to create exponentially higher momentum for growth than irregular practice. There's this organic farm in Costa Rica with a little jacuzzi pool where I would take my children to when they were young. If you walked in the water in a circle fast enough, and powerfully enough, you could create a swift whirlpool in the center... which is fun! If you had 3 or 4 kids going around in sync, the energy would gain momentum and you'd quickly develop a proper whirlpool... good times for all! But if any of the kids stopped or got out of sync, the circular energy of the water would weaken, and you'd get some splash, but nothing at all as exciting as a whirlpool. Continuous commitment to the cultivation of your highest energies accelerates your access to them. Fact. Anyhow, I've committed myself this year to a non-negotiable, daily practice of Qi Gong, and I've already stacked up over 30 consecutive days. I often encourage [my coaching clients]( to make a daily commitment to their personal growth through some action, and see what good things happen. What about you? What is one thing you could do everyday to cultivate your spiritual growth? Peace and Power, [_Dylan Charles]( P.S. ==>> To discover how coaching with me can add momentum and energy to your spiritual growth, book a FREE 15-minute call with me, [HERE]( [Access your FREE 15-minute insight call with Dylan]( [Dylan Charles - Self-Mastery and Self-Sabotage Coach]( Dylan Charles Editor, [Waking Times]( Host of [Battered Souls]( [Self-Mastery Coaching]( [Dylan Charles - Self-Mastery and Self-Sabotage Coach]( Dylan Charles Editor, [Waking Times]( Host of [Battered Souls]( [Self-Mastery Coaching]( Oh, here's a great Valentine's gift idea for someone you love. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
