On the Path... [View in Web Browser]( [CLICK HERE to Book your FREE 15-minute coaching call with Dylan]( Hi {NAME}, Today is my 48th birthday and for the most part I'm taking the day off to do creative things. First and foremost is creating the health and vitality I need to do all that I do for those whom I love. So I practiced Qi Gong then went to the gym... pull day today, and I went heavy. Then I came home, cleaned up, relaxed for a moment, then went to my creative space to work on some projects. In my free time, which is undoubtedly limited with three teenagers in the house, I enjoy painting, making electronic music, and DJing, which I've done for over 30 years.  So, I'm deep in a music project today, and making music brings me a tremendous amount of satisfaction and fulfillment. This year so far I've already produced and completed 5 songs, a huge leap forward for me, because, for about 4 years it seems that I completely lost connection to my creative energy. I found it nearly impossible to write. Nothing came forth when I would look at a blank canvas. And my dream of making music went nowhere, because every time I sat down to learn and practice, I got distracted by menial things, and nothing ever came of it. It all felt like I was forcing something that wasn't yet meant to be. So what happened? Where did my creative energy go, and what did I do to bring it back? This is something I come across frequently with my coaching clients. Many of them have a burning desire to create, to be artistic, to make music, to sew, to create jewelry, tinctures, or anything that gives them an opportunity for genuine self-expression and contribution. But they are stuck, just as I was for so many years.... Nothing comes forth. The thing is, creative energy is the purest form of energy. It is our essence. Our life force. And as such, it is quite fragile in this world where so many attacks on the human are taking place. From the poisoned food we eat, to the toxic media, mind control, and propaganda we are exposed to, it's a full scale attack on life itself. And nothing drains your personal and creative energy more than stress, fear, overwhelm, and worry. If you're living in this condition, as I did for years, you simply do NOT have the energetic currency to disconnect from everything and allow your creative self to be seen. There is no creative energy available to you, because all of your energetic resources are diverted to the task of survival. This world and all of the influences in it keep us locked into fight or flight mode, with an over-reactive nervous system, and all of the negativity that comes with living in constant struggle. ALL of your good, positive, creative energy is consumed, or stolen, by the inner conflict. But the way out for me is the same way out for you. A deep examination of why you do what you do, and a deep understanding of the reward you get by remaining stuck, frustrated, and steeped in chaos and drama. If you want to re-connect and access your creative energy, you simply must develop the skill of letting go of all this emotional baggage and negativity in your life. Once you learn to let go of the struggle, the nervous system relaxes, and you find that you have infinitely more energy to create, produce, and generally just get things done. Emotional mastery is literally the most rewarding and most profitable skill you can learn. It impacts EVERYTHING, and I do mean everything. From your ability to function at work, to your creativity, and even to your sex life. If you'd like to know how I guide my clients through this incredibly transformative process and what it means for you specifically, [set up a free 15-minute call with me by clicking this link HERE](. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey. Peace and Power, [_Dylan Charles]( [Access your FREE 15-minute insight call with Dylan]( [Dylan Charles - Self-Mastery and Self-Sabotage Coach]( Dylan Charles Editor, [Waking Times]( Host of [Battered Souls]( [Self-Mastery Coaching](On [TikTok]( [Dylan Charles - Self-Mastery and Self-Sabotage Coach]( Dylan Charles Editor, [Waking Times]( Host of [Battered Souls]( [Self-Mastery Coaching](On [TikTok]( Oh, here's a great gift idea for someone you love.
