On the Path... [View in Web Browser]( Hi {NAME}, It's an absolutely gorgeous morning here in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, and the new year is off to a great start for me personally. One of the promises I made to myself this year is to practice Qi Gong daily, because in order to experience the full benefit and promise of any meditative or spiritual practice, daily cultivation is essential. I've been practicing for almost 25 years, but my spiritual growth demands greater commitment, and infrequent practice is not sufficient. How about yours? One of the main things on my mind this year is how we can overcome chronic challenges in life. Money frustration. Petty addiction to everyday garbage. Avoidance and procrastination. Drama and conflict seeking. A big part of this is overcoming self-sabotage, but as I've witnessed in [my coaching practice]( over the last few years, this isn't easy for some people. There are those who take in new information and guidance, act upon it swiftly, immediately feel the momentum of positive change, double down on their commitment to be better, and never look back. But for many, there is a LOT of resistance to being one's best. You can take away the booze, the pills, and even much of the distraction, but underneath all of that lies the emotional condition which drives the impulsive behavior. It's the feeling about your life that steers you in the wrong direction. Feeling anxious. Feeling overwhelmed. Feeling unworthy. Feeling less than others. Feeling dissatisfied. Feeling empty. Feeling frustrated. Feeling afraid. [Access your FREE 15-minute insight call with Dylan]( Without having clarity and understanding of the feelings driving you mad, you have nothing to work on. You can say, 'I should do this,' or 'I shouldn't do that,' but nothing fundamentally changes, and you find yourself reliving the same experience over and over. When you understand the emotional patterns that you've been living by your whole life, you're finally able to recognize what needs to change. You can see what level of consciousness you're at, then do the work of transcending those lower, contractive states of being which keep you feeling stuck. Then you can finally tell the subconscious mind what it needs to do in order to support you on your journey to wholeness and happiness. In my coaching practice I assist my clients in understanding that the real addiction is to an emotional vibration which they've been re-creating and re-living their entire lives. We look at how the feelings they hold about themselves corollate with levels of conscious, then examine ideas and techniques to elevate them, because as Einstein famously said, "no problem can be solved by the same level of consciousness that created it." It takes a tremendous amount of courage to be truthful in such an examination of your life, but courage and truth hold the energy required to raise your level of consciousness and overcome self-sabotage and negativity. If you're interested in how my coaching may benefit you in your journey to make this year unique and powerful, book a FREE 15-minute insight call with me, [HERE](.
