On the Path... [View in Web Browser]( [Access your FREE 15-minute insight call with Dylan]( Hi {NAME}, It has been a long time since I've written anything for this newsletter or for [Waking Times](, because, after over a decade of publishing I simply grew tired of having an opinion and of wanting to have a say in things. Out of a sense of obligation to these projects and their transformational message, along with a true commitment to participating in the broader evolution of the individual, I tried for the last couple of years to keep the momentum going, but the work became forced and my power to transmit freely from the heart diminished. An important distinction needs to be made between power and force. Force, by its very nature, requires the presence of counter force, whereas power stands alone and requires nothing from anything or anyone. When something you think you want feels like a struggle, you're forcing it. And when you're able to produce results with a sense of ease and flow, this is you operating power. I really needed a reprieve from all the noise, clutter, and trash poisoning the collective conscience so that I could concentrate on my [coaching practice](, which brings me much more joy and opportunity for personal growth than creating content for the sake of creating content. But the time away has not been lost or wasted, no chance. I used it well. I've been intensely focused on understanding how people like you and I came to develop so many self-destructive beliefs and self-sabotaging habits, and have been developing emotional sobriety and mental clarity to understand how we can best overcome these limitations in order to experience freedom from anxiety, fear, doubt, worry, and self-sacrifice in the pursuit of personal evolution. A few key ideas have been guiding my philosophy and perspective on personal growth. 1.) Studying yourself is the most important endeavor you can engage in. This is a primary tenet of the Bwiti philosophy which uses the plant medicine sacrament iboga to hunt for truth of one's life. 2.) Aligning yourself with proper, integral spiritual principles is necessary for the development of your spirit. This is a critical message I learned from traditional Amazonian elders and my teacher of this ancient yagé tradition. Purity of body, mind, heart, and intention is essential to cultivating one's spiritual energy. 3.) We are all required to be effective and produce results in the real, material world, and the most notable inhibitor to our capacity to experience ease, flow and focus is the inability to self-regulate our emotional state. Most of our energy is wasted on fueling the negativity that comes with lower states of consciousness, and mastering the skill of letting go of these emotional states is crucial to be effective in this matrix. Anyhow, I'm leaning back into these projects with the intent to more effortlessly communicate the value of the profound transformational experiences I've had and continue to have in my life, and to share more about the specific principles and ideas that have made my life so interesting, committed, deep, and wonder filled. I am accepting a few new clients over the coming month, so if you'd like a chance to participate in powerful one-on-one personal coaching with me, click [HERE]( to book a free 15-minute call with me. Until next time.. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
