She's experiencing what so many of us are these days. Especially those of us who know what evil is really up to in this world, and who don't want to sit idly by while everything is being stolen from us. Her nervous system is working overtime to adapt to all of the stressors in this time of chaos and stupidity. She has work that needs to get done, but her nerves are fried, she can't focus, and is she is overwhelmed by everything in front of her. We looked at the things impacting her nervous system, including caffeine, EMF's, 5G, non-stop negative news narratives, and the fear of what the NWO is rolling out all over the world. She brought up fight or flight mode, suggesting that it was helping her by keeping her in a heightened sense of alertness and focus, thereby giving her an advantage in taking all of this on. And she's right, fight or flight mode does give you increased alertness and focus... for a bit. But it's not the kind of attention and focus you need to make the best long-term decisions for yourself. What most people don't realize is that the activation of fight or flight mode is actually the greatest factor in why you engage in self-sabotage. You see, when the fight or flight mechanism is activated, all of our systems and intelligence are brought to bear on the immediate task of removing ourself from whatever present danger, whether real or imagined. This can be mighty helpful if you come across an angry mama bear while hiking, but if you're in fight or flight mode everyday your body and mind take a very defensive approach to life. Self-sabotage is the natural result, because in fight or flight mode your mind operates works differently, retreating down into the faculties of the reptilian mind, rather than giving you heightened access to the logical and rational capacities of the mind. You think short-term rather than long-term, and you make automatic decisions which serve your narrowest, short-term interests of escaping the present feeling. You can't rationally make decisions that are best for you. You can't move your life forward. And you can't carry yourself to greater health, wealth, and relationships. Instead you live in a constant state of overwhelm because nothing ever receives the full depth and deepest capacity of your mind. Nothing ever gets fully addressed, only avoided and put off, or a band-aid is slapped on it so you can quickly move on to go fight another fire.
