Are you done with it yet? [View in Web Browser]( [CLICK HERE to Register Now for Overcome Self-Sabotage 2023]( Hi {NAME}, As a self-sabotage and self-mastery coach I have the privilege of working with lots of different people, and I get a unique perspective on the things that we all have in common. Looking intensely at the lives of my clients I see that they all share one thing in common. Lying beneath their self-sabotaging behavior is a repetitious negative emotional pattern which has for years been steering them towards short-term thinking, instant gratification, escapism, and avoidance. Emotional patterns operate below the conscious mind. They first engage the body with feelings of unease, discomfort, and anxiety, all symptoms related to the fight or flight response and an overactive limbic system. These emotional responses to life situations go largely unnoticed by the conscious mind because they are stored within the subconscious mind, and for most, the feelings of discomfort are so familiar that it just seems normal. The circumstances in your life will change. The people in your life will change. The world outside of yourself will change... But emotional patterns do not change until you actively get in there and make deliberate changes to how you think and what your subconscious mind believes to be true about your life. And for many of us, the subconscious mind learned a long time ago that life is unpredictable, dangerous, risky, volatile, and unstable. [Shamanic Wisdom]( At a base level the subconscious mind is always preparing you for another calamity, and in preparation for this it routinely sends you into fight or flight mode, setting off the emotional pattern... again and again. And so you go to the freezer and grab some ice cream. You head to the liquor cabinet to sedate yourself. You light up a joint to numb the feeling. You buy things you don't need to feel that rush of dopamine. You waste another hour scrolling through social media looking for likes. You project these negative feelings onto those whom you love most, jeopardizing your relationships. You put off doing the things you care most about. You feel stuck and stay stuck, never doing what you know you need to do to move your life forward. After a time, peace returns, but you can't enjoy it because you're so used to the ups and downs of living in this type of emotional turmoil. The calm itself becomes unsettling. Then the subconscious mind imagines another crisis, and sets the emotional pattern in play again. And you repeat this day in and day out until the pain and suffering of living this way is too great to ignore any longer. I've had to learn for myself how to step out of this loop of subconsciously driven emotions so that I could keep my family together and raise myself out of depression, anxiety, fear, self-doubt and chronic worry. And this is why I focus on helping people like you overcome self-sabotage. If you're finally ready to lay all of this out on the table and examine it for what it really is, and if you're finally ready to move past it all, then join us for [Overcome Self-Sabotage 2023](, a small group/one-on-one coaching event where I'll open your eyes to the root causes of self-sabotage, help you to clearly see these patterns in your own life, and give you the tools to kick the matrix out of your head for good.
