On the Path... [View in Web Browser]( [CLICK HERE to Book your FREE 15-minute coaching call with Dylan]( Hi {NAME}, "If you want to understand the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration." - Nikola Tesla Certainly, seeking to understand the secrets of the universe is noble and all, but no matter how much you pursue knowledge of what's outside of yourself, the magic of life really only opens itself up to you when you finally figure out who you are and why you behave the way you do. How much do you understand about your own life? Here's my twist on Tesla's quote, born out of recent deep reflections on my own journey. "If you want to understand the secrets of yourself, think in terms of patterns, programs, and emotions." When you examine yourself and your own flaws with these ideas in mind, you'll eventually recognize that the overlooked roots of self-sabotage are found in the murky depths of your subconscious mind and in it's connections to your emotional body. As a person who has suffered greatly from an addictive personality, I've discovered that with more clarity, sobriety, introspection, and life experience, the deepest of my addictions has always been my need to experience a certain set of negative feelings. It's a program within me that creates a pattern of emotional need, for which the unconscious mind continually recreates situations and circumstances to fulfill these negative feelings. In the past it's been a nasty disruptor of my life and my potential, but nowadays I observe, adapt, adjust, and let go. It is a skill, and a fascinating approach to creating the peace of mind and relaxed power needed to face the challenges of the times and become the man that my family deserves. For those of us who've endured a traumatic or dramatic youth, us battered souls, we tend to develop such addictive personalities. [Overcome Self-Sabotage 2023]( So we try all the booze, drugs, pills, sedations, and distractions we can to settle the storm within, but when these crutches take their toll and must be abandoned for survival, there's always that underlying addiction to an embedded emotional program and it's associated patterns of behavior and feelings. To fulfill this emotional program we must always be recreating life crises. One after another. Even when things finally turn our way we quickly begin to sabotage our success and peace of mind again by returning to the same chaos patterns and vibrational discord in order to create another storm that must be met with those old, familiar feelings. It perpetuates that familiar energy. A frequency. A vibration. It's just like how the mainstream news spins the narrative of ever-ongoing social and political crises to keep all of us in a perpetual state of instability. They do it to us, and we do it to ourselves. And so we continue to unconsciously sabotage the beauty, peace, and abundance in our lives so we can experience those same familiar feelings over and over again. Struggle, rejection, anxiety, overwhelm, rejection, and inferiority. That is, until we bring this part of our lives into conscious light. More on these ideas to come, but ff this makes sense to you and you would like assistance in interrupting this pattern and reprogramming this, reach out to me for a FREE 15-minute coaching call to gain my perspective on your unique situation.
