On the Path... [View in Web Browser]( [Access your FREE 15-minute insight call]( Hi {NAME}, You have to understand that even though you’re already awake and know all about the plans of the global elite, you’re still living under its spell. And while you may eat organic foods, avoid doctors and injections, have a prepper’s pantry and garden going, and are operating outside of the crooked financial system as much as possible, you’re still impacted by the core agenda of mind control. It is nearly impossible for any of us to altogether avoid the negative repetitive messaging coming at us from every angle. We watch movies, celebrity culture is in our faces everywhere we go, the coffee shops and liquor stores are on every corner, and the people around us are all repeating the same ideas parroted mainstream ideas about how to live your life. Without realizing it, this messaging invades your subconscious mind, which has been proven to control 93-97% of all your behavior. The result is self-sabotage. You do things that you know take you further away from achieving your goals, even though you know you shouldn’t, or in most cases don’t even want to. And this is exactly the aim of mind control. To have you sideline yourself by entraining you to make poor decisions, weakening you physically, energetically, mentally, and financially. If you do this to yourself it makes their job a lot easier, and when you’re living this way, you’re a non-threat to the powers that be, even though you think of yourself as having power and autonomy. [Access your FREE 15-minute insight call]( As a [self-sabotage coach](, I have the unique vantage point of seeing the many different ways in which people routinely sabotage their prosperity, health and relationships. The most common forms of self-sabotage I see are: 1. Perfectionism 2. Procrastination and Avoidance 3. Stinking Thinking (I recently did a TikTok video on this, [HERE](. And yes, I am on TikTok now, so if you’re also there, follow me, [HERE](.) Of the three, and of all the types of self-sabotage I see, stinking thinking is the worst. By far. It means that the thoughts inside your head are not aligned with the kind of life you desire or deserve to live. It means that the stories braining around between your ears are self-defeating and hyper-critical, that there is a fair amount of negative projection taking place in there, and that your mind isn’t firmly grounded in your own reality. This is the most destructive form of self-sabotage because your whole life is first created within your mind, and if you're feeling lost, purposeless, and living with anxiety, this is the first place to look for relief. The subconscious mind is programmed by your environment, and your environment consists of everything you see, everything you hear, and most importantly, everything you think. If you're constantly repeating negative ideas in your mind, then you’ll always be a slave to the comings and goings of dark moods, and over time your life will deteriorate until the suffering becomes unbearable. I'm speaking from personal experience. On the other hand, if you retrain your mind to work in your favor, your life begins to open up, and you begin to see yourself becoming the person you’ve always wanted to be. Here’s a quote from one of my favorite books on the topic, The Power of Your Subconscious Mind, by Joseph Murphy… “Busy your mind with the concepts of harmony, health, peace, and good will, and wonders will happen in your life.” ~Joseph Murphy One of the most powerful things I work on with my clients is changing this inner dialogue to be supportive and life-sustaining. The results are amazing. They begin to separate themselves from the voices stealing their peace, and they stop hating themselves from the inside.
