On the Path... [View in Web Browser]( [Access your FREE 15-minute coaching call]( Hi {NAME}, As part of the work of being a [self-sabotage coach](, I have to walk the talk and live in a way that sets an example for those in my tribe and in my life. It’s not that easy, and as I always tell my clients, ’this is about progress, not perfection.’ The thing is, just like everyone else I’m heavily influenced by the programming, patterns and habits which have forever been a part of my story. The big one for me has always been the self-abuse program… huge. There’s a host of self-defeating programs being pumped into your mind by mass media and this sick culture, and I’ll talk about more of them in future dispatches, but the primary program, the main one being pushed into society is the self-abuse program. In essence, it’s about introducing chaos and poison into your body and mind anytime you feel a momentary sense of peace or relaxation in your life, so that you’re always in a vibrational match with this negative and self-destructive environment, no matter how amazing you are, and now matter how much effort you put into being better. Think about it. How many times a day do you see happy, successful people in movies, TV shows, commercials, billboards and magazines drinking booze? How often do you see fabulous people drinking coffee and caffeine? How often is drug use, debauchery, violence, chaos, drama and conflict presented as normal behavior for ordinary people? How many commercials are there promoting pharmaceuticals for every possible thing, while telling listing all of the horrible side effects, which almost always include death? How much money is spent on promoting toxic foods, junk foods, and crap foods? And worst of all, how much of the thought loops in your mind are self-defeating? How much of the content in your own mind is about comparing yourself to others, telling yourself you’re not good enough and that others are better-looking, smarter and more capable than you are? In my case, I learned early on that drug use was cool, smoking was sexy, alcohol was essential to having a good time, that celebration meant poisoning yourself with sugar and junk food, that over-exercising and red-lining your body everyday was how you get fit, and that when life got challenging you just asked your doctor for a pill to fix all that. Sound familiar? The self-abuse program is EVERYWHERE, and it affects ALL of my clients. Some more than others, but as a self-sabotage coach, this is where I begin… showing them how to delete this program from their lives, so that they can make actual, real progress towards their goals and dreams. So, how do you delete the self-abuse program? It’s a lot simpler than you might think, and the results are amazing. The first step is awareness. That is, gaining a new perspective on why you do what you do. Then you learn to recognize when self-abuse is being pitched to you as the fun and cool way to live your life, and then you consciously avoid this garbage. Next you decide what you and your body really need to be happy, healthy, and prosperous, then create an environment for yourself which consistently reminds you of how amazing and empowering it is to take proper care of yourself. Then you retrain your subconscious mind to believe that you belong to a healthy, happy tribe who values their bodies and lives. When you get all of this in play, the landscape of your life rapidly changes for the better. The self-abuse program is a nasty one. I would know. And this really is something I love to focus on with my clients. If you’re interested in what self-sabotage coaching can do for you, sign up [HERE](, or book a free 15-minute call with me, [HERE](.
