On the Path... Hi {NAME},  Overwhelm, anxiety, fear, and self-doubt. How often do you experience

On the Path... [View in Web Browser]( [Access your FREE 15-minute insight call with Dylan]( Hi {NAME},  Overwhelm, anxiety, fear, and self-doubt. How often do you experience these emotions? I'm asking because so many of the people I know, love, and coach are deep in it these days. Despite being conscious, loving, and caring people, they pretty much live in these states of emotions. Which means they suffer a LOT. Most of the clients I work with are truth seekers, anti-vaxxers, free-thinkers, and rebels. The kind of people who don't really fit in in this world, and are naturally challenged to find peace among the madness and stupidity of such an inverted and sick culture. You know that a better world is possible, but the onslaught of lies and negativity by our all-pervasive corporate media takes it toll. And they find themselves chronically stuck in overwhelm, anxiety, fear, and self-doubt. Which are the feelings that drive addiction, escapism, and self-sabotage. And this is really what I coach my clients around. How to rise above these low and taxing energetic states so that they can actually have the energy and focus needed to be productive. So they can enjoy their sacred life, and use their time here to find fulfillment and to help others. I explain to them how consciousness works on a practical, everyday level, leaning heavily on the work of David Hawkins, who gave us a very useful map of consciousness to live by. He explains how these frustrating emotions arise from one's general level of consciousness, and shows us how to rise above it all. His work has helped me to understand that the mind is really just a survival mechanism, and its method of survival is primarily the use of emotions. Without knowing this, and without doing the deep work of analyzing your own emotions and emotional habits, we are truly at the mercy and whim of all the emotionally charged media and discourse happening all around us. If you find yourself living with such negativity, I'd love the opportunity to assist you in overcoming these challenges. If this is you, book a FREE 15-minute call with me, [HERE](, and we'll take a short break from the external distractions to focus on just you. Peace and Power, [_Dylan Charles]( [Access your FREE 15-minute insight call with Dylan]( [Dylan Charles - Self-Mastery and Self-Sabotage Coach]( Dylan Charles Editor, [Waking Times]( Host of [Battered Souls]( [Self-Mastery Coaching]( [Dylan Charles - Self-Mastery and Self-Sabotage Coach]( Dylan Charles Editor, [Waking Times]( Host of [Battered Souls]( [Self-Mastery Coaching]( Oh, here's a great Valentine's gift idea for someone you love. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
