On the Path... [View in Web Browser]( [Access your FREE 15-minute insight call with Dylan]( Hi {NAME},  The underlying common denominator amongst all of [my coaching clientele]( is the experience of negativity in their lives. They may be seeking support to navigate a career obstacle, a feeling of powerlessness or purposelessness , a relationship issue, addiction, or even self-sabotage, but below the surface there is always an anxious heaviness to life, and they lack clarity on why they do what they do or why they feel the way they feel. Back in 2012 so many of us free thinkers and truth seekers were feeling a tremendous positive wave of energy that inspired and motivated us. When the Mayan calendar turned a page and nothing seemed to shift in the external world, many of us fell back into the spell of contemporary consciousness and resumed filling our minds and hearts with all of the negativity coming from mainstream media and a sickened culture... ...and it brought our spirits low... It is a SPIRITUAL war. So many of the best people I know don't understand the practical impact of a spiritual war. Simply put, the aim is to trigger as many as possible into living in lower states of consciousness, so that we are easy to control, manipulate and steal from. And it works! That is until, YOU decide to rise above it all. I assist my clients in understanding that consciousness is not some esoteric, far out idea, available only to ascetics and monks, but rather, it is a scale that any of us can climb any time we like. When you feel yourself operating in low states of consciousness you can employ practical skills, (skills I teach to my clients) in any moment to elevate yourself. You can identify what state of consciousness you are in by paying attention to how you feel. What is your emotional state? Do you feel joyous, peaceful, energetic, and inspired? Or do you feel overwhelm, frustration, disappointment, rejected, abandoned, alone, afraid, and anxious? These low level, negative emotions are a picture of consciousness, and to be free from negative emotions allows you to experience higher consciousness and the attractor patterns that bring positive energy and opportunity into your life. Maintaining freedom from negative emotions is exactly like choosing to be sober and experience life without the negative spiritual down pull of alcohol, except that I would argue that people become more addicted to negative emotions than alcohol or any substance. Furthermore, I would say that these negative feelings are what actually drives addiction to food, drugs, alcohol, sex, or work, and that to heal this addiction is to free your life from the bondage of negativity and lower consciousness. Look at it as emotional sobriety. When you stop drinking from the bottle of negativity, and choose not to relapse, life completely changes. You can actually relax in to your experience, and you have abundant energy get good things accomplished. You feel powerful, and you no longer need to people please, over obligate yourself, explain yourself, engage in conflict, or participate in drama. You become immune to it all, and everything suddenly becomes possible. You get to experience higher consciousness and access your higher self on any given day, leading to easy productivity, focus, and clarity. Simply put: Emotional Sobriety is Your Key to Higher Consciousness. This is one of the fundamental issues I work with in my coaching practice, and if any of this resonates with you, [book a FREE 15-minute call with me](, and we'll see if we may be a good fit to work together. And as always...
