(One texted me yesterday to let me know he was on day 146 of sobriety from drugs and alcohol.... AMAZING!!) Some of my clients are dealing with specific issues around trauma patterns and emotional wounds. Some are 'stuck' in life, feeling like everyday is the same depressing grind while others seem to have all the fun. Some are trying to find a way out of a bad situation. Some are dissatisfied and know they want more of life. Most are frustrated with self-sabotaging behaviors.  What they all have in common, though, is an overriding feeling of negativity in their life, and are seeking release into a higher state of consciousness. And that's the primary aim of my coaching.
