Here’s to another month of hope. [You deserve the space to be honest.]( Be part of the conversation. Focusing on BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color) mental health means focusing on lived experiences—hearing the voices of generations that came before and acknowledging the cycles of trauma and challenges still faced today. You are allowed to talk about and share your pain. And to those outside of BIPOC communities—allow those stories and experiences to exist without judgment. Let this month be an opportunity to sit, listen, and learn about the specific barriers facing these communities and how we can provide support throughout the year. When everyone has access to the mental health care they need, we’re all better for it. We’ll be sharing information and resources for and about BIPOC communities all month long. We’re also continuing to directly support BIPOC individuals by connecting them with mental health care through our [Treatment and Recovery Scholarship](. You can support us in making that possible by checking out the [BIPOC Mental Health Collection]( now available in the Online Store. You deserve space for honesty. You deserve space to heal. Thank you for existing. Be part of the conversation.
