Here’s to another month of doing this work. [Hope is real. Help is real. Your story is important.]( [Hope is real. Help is real. Your story is important.]( [You deserve to exist without questioning whether you deserve it.]( Be part of the conversation. These past few weeks have been busy in the world of mental health. With Suicide Prevention Month in September, and Mental Illness Awareness Week and World Mental Health Day happening in October, the internet has been filled with conversations, stories, and support for those facing mental health struggles. We’re thankful for the way these specific periods of awareness bring people to the table and create vulnerability where there may have been none before. However, it doesn’t stop here. Mental health is something we can talk about on any given day, at any time. Sharing your story—whether it's online or in person—can invite others in and help them know they’re not alone. You can even submit your story to be considered for our blog by emailing a submission to blog@twloha.com. Our hope after this past month is that the door is open for honesty and truth. There is no room for stigma here. Be part of the conversation. These past few weeks have been busy in the world of mental health.
