And Hell followed with him.” The Netflix take is superior to HBO’s in almost every way, really bearing down on the operations of the disastrous music festival and how it all went wrong through interviews with those who put it on, and not just the delusional people at the top who denied wrongdoing, but the workers who witnessed the awful decisions in real time. HBO’s version has more overall concert footage, but Netflix’s has more footage of the sets that lit the fuse, along with a deeper look at the rave tent, a hedonistic pit of drugs and sex that turned into a nightmare.
