Yellowstone is currently TV’s big story, drawing headlines like, “See! We told you that cable television wasn’t dead,” “Where to find a cowboy hat that fits your egg-shaped head,” and “People who throw snakes don’t kill people, snakes do.” But if you’re still wondering what all the fuss is with this ranchy soap opera, get the gist of things with [our list of the wildest moments on Yellowstone so far](WfE_jCHN6:m:1:2364960064:B4FA40B7095AD1D46D0DB306568F770C:r), which definitely includes the aforementioned death by projectile snake. After that, check out our recommendations for the week. -Tim [Your Watch This Now! newsletter is created by Senior Recommendations and Reviews Editor Tim Surette and more show-obsessed editors at TV Guide!](WfE_jCHN6:m:1:2364960064:B4FA40B7095AD1D46D0DB306568F770C:r) WfE_jCHN6:m:1:2364960064:B4FA40B7095AD1D46D0DB306568F770C:r SEASON 8 PREMIERE TUESDAY AT 8/7C ON THE CW [The Flash brings friends together for Armageddon](WfE_jCHN6:m:1:2364960064:B4FA40B7095AD1D46D0DB306568F770C:r) Superhero shows on The CW have become synonymous with crossover events, and this year's biggie is Armageddon, a five-episode event that will see Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) and his crew meet up with other stars of the Arrowverse — including Batwoman (Javicia Leslie), Black Lightning (Cress Williams), Atom (Brandon Routh), and Sentinel (Chyler Leigh) — to save us all from an alien threat. Sorry, that's all the details on the plot that we've been given so far, but I have it on good authority that the Arrowverse heroes will succeed in their quest. I have my sources! Note: Unlike recent Arrowverse crossover events, this one will take place entirely within The Flash's season due to COVID restrictions. WfE_jCHN6:m:1:2364960064:B4FA40B7095AD1D46D0DB306568F770C:r WEDNESDAY ON NETFLIX [Tiger King 2 isn’t as exotic, but is it still compelling?](WfE_jCHN6:m:1:2364960064:B4FA40B7095AD1D46D0DB306568F770C:r) March 2020 will go down in history as the month the world changed for millions of people. Sure, the pandemic and global lockdown went into effect then, but I was talking about the release of Tiger King, Netflix's ultra-insane, ultra-popular true crime series that was a perfect escape from the panic of quarantine. Somehow, Netflix is doing a second season despite its star, Joe Exotic, being behind bars and Joe's arch enemy, Carole Baskin, refusing to participate in the new episodes (Baskin's lawsuit to prevent the use of footage of her in Season 2 has been fruitless so far). From the looks of the trailer, Season 2 will catch up with some of the stars to see how Tiger King changed their lives and further investigate the disappearance of Baskin's husband, Don Lewis. Also, [more jet skiing](WfE_jCHN6:m:1:2364960064:B4FA40B7095AD1D46D0DB306568F770C:r)! If you’d rather watch something from Netflix that doesn’t make you feel party to the destruction of quality entertainment, check out the Mexican Oscar submission Prayers for the Stolen (Wednesday), about three girls growing up in the shadow of the cartel, or the documentary short Lead Me Home (Thursday), which looks at the homeless crisis from different perspectives. WfE_jCHN6:m:1:2364960064:B4FA40B7095AD1D46D0DB306568F770C:r THURSDAY ON NETFLIX [The Princess Switch 3 is the pumpkin spice of holiday movies](WfE_jCHN6:m:1:2364960064:B4FA40B7095AD1D46D0DB306568F770C:r) Hallmark and Lifetime may have forged the modern Christmas movie, a cornball mix of whimsy, romance, and enough Christmas lights to illuminate an entire state, but Netflix is catching up quickly. The latest is the third (third!) in the Princess Switch franchise, starring Vanessa Hudgens as three different royal lookalikes who always seem to get into some high jinx around Christmastime. This time, Princess Stacy, Queen Margaret, and Lady Fiona band together to stop a jewel thief, because all the other good Christmas movie plots were taken, I guess? Look, these aren’t good movies, but they serve the very important function of getting you on the same holiday wavelength as your family. You’re about to be bombarded with new Christmas movies, so you may as well [take a look at our list of the best, or at least best sounding, new Christmas movies this year](WfE_jCHN6:m:1:2364960064:B4FA40B7095AD1D46D0DB306568F770C:r). Shawn (James Roday Rodriguez) and Gus (Dulé Hill) are back in action in the third Psych movie, Psych 3: This Is Gus, which pivots on a very personal mystery: What is Selene's (Jazmyn Simon) real name? What starts as an effort to track down Selene's husband so she can get a divorce and marry Gus before their child is born goes sideways when the guys realize she's hiding something — but as usual, [the case is mostly an excuse for madcap silliness, as Kaitlin Thomas says in her review](WfE_jCHN6:m:1:2364960064:B4FA40B7095AD1D46D0DB306568F770C:r). Expect plenty of obscure references, jokes about Peacock, and the return of old friends, none more beloved than Lassie (Timothy Omundson), who's finally back on the force. We're slicing up a pineapple in celebration. -Kelly Connolly WfE_jCHN6:m:1:2364960064:B4FA40B7095AD1D46D0DB306568F770C:r
