Two auteurs who are the best in their respective fields meet for a wild film about Americana, Joel McHale finally fulfills his destiny and becomes a game show host, and first responders get mic’d up. Hello! The two words that sports fans love more than anything else are “free nachos,” because those are everyone’s favorite words. The two words that sports fans love second-most are “Game 7,” and combine those with the two words that sports fans love third-most, “Stanley Cup,” and you got yourself a must-see hockey game. The Boston Bruins and St. Louis Blues will absolutely hammer each other to a pulp as they meet tonight (NBC, 5 p.m. PT/8p.m. ET) for a seventh and deciding game to determine who gets to take home [sport’s most unhygienic trophy](. Seriously, the Stanley Cup has seen some [disgusting, awful things](. You don’t have to be a hockey fan to appreciate the tension of tonight’s game, and if you are confused about the rules, just ask the most bearded person in the vicinity for an explanation. Here are tonight’s TV picks: [Your Watch This Now! newsletter is created by Senior Recommendations and Reviews Editor Tim Surette and more show-obsessed editors at TV Guide!]( WATCH THIS NOW! [Younger]( [Younger stays fresh despite getting older]( Season 6 premieres Wednesday at 10/9c on TV Land Even though Younger came into this world hinging on Liza’s secret (shhhh... she’s actually… old) and that secret is out, the TV Land rom-com still has plenty of punch thanks to the relationships it built in early seasons. In Season 6, Liza’s other secret — she’s in a relationship with Charles — is also out, but her feelings for Josh are still smoldering, creating the kind of love triangle that can keep a TV show on for years. Younger also remains a leader in dramatizing generation gaps; just because everyone knows Liza is old, it doesn’t mean she’s suddenly hip enough to create her own hashtags. [INCOMPREHENSIBLE MUMBLING] [Rolling Thunder Revue]( [Martin Scorsese tells tall tales about Bob Dylan]( Now on Netflix Filmmaker [Marty Scorsese]( goes into oddball mode with this, well, what is it exactly? It’s not quite a [Bob Dylan]( tour film, though there is plenty of rare footage of Dylan and The Band performing. It’s not quite a narrative drama about Dylan’s most unusual experiment, either, though there is definitely some storytelling going on. Rolling Thunder Revue is likely a product of what everyone was smoking backstage on Dylan’s infamous excursion in the mid-’70s as Scorsese turns the tour into the stuff of legend; facts are mixed with tall tales, and it’s hard to tell which is which. But that only increases the intrigue in the myths surrounding this critical piece of Americana, which [already has the Dylan faithful giddy with excitement](. OVER-UNDER [Card Sharks]( [Card Sharks is back; deal with it]( Series premieres Wednesday at 9/8c on ABC One of the best ways to lose a lot of money fast is with Acey Deucey, a simple game where gamblers try to guess whether the next card in the deck is higher or lower than the card showing. That’s the basis of this game show revival hosted by [Joel McHale]( who keeps it pretty straight-faced instead of dishing the snark like he did on [The Soup](. The real reason to watch the premiere is to see one of the contestants, a retiree, talking about hitting the bars at 5 in the afternoon, and to see John, an energetic contestant from the Midwest, ham it up as he tries to win $10,000 with all the odds against him. There was buzz over yesterday’s premiere of Press Your Luck; is ABC on to something here? RIDE ALONG [First Responders Live]( [First Responders Live is 9-1-1, but real]( Series premieres Wednesday at 9/8c on Fox A&E’s [Live PD]( brought back a form of reality television that COPS has been doing for decades: Networks stick cameras on those who throw themselves headfirst into danger not knowing what will happen, providing a raw and — aside from some well-placed blurs to keep the naughty bits of people of interest off the air — unedited experience for the viewer. It must be doing well, because Fox is aping the formula for its new show First Responders Live, which mics up EMTs and firefighters in addition to cops. It’s a nice tie-in for Fox’s hit [9-1-1]( and will feature live commentary (probably the only thing that is actually live) from host Josh Elliott and possibly the first responders themselves.
