One of the best new miniseries comes to a chilling end, a documentary goes deep into the narcotic fuel of one of history’s most reviled groups, and a reality staple returns ready to step on your toes. Hello! It’s no coincidence that the school year and the TV season come to a close at roughly the same time, but while schools have yearbooks to help you remember everyone you went to school with, the TV season has no such keepsake. We at TV Guide set out to right that wrong with our [first annual TV Yearbook]( recounting the best moments of the TV season in the style of the classic high school yearbook. We’ll post new stories each day this week, starting off today with the [best TV quotes]( [the cutest couple]( [the new show most likely to succeed]( and more. K.I.T. and H.A.G.S.! Here are tonight’s TV picks: [Your Watch This Now! newsletter is created by Senior Recommendations and Reviews Editor Tim Surette and more show-obsessed editors at TV Guide!]( WATCH THIS NOW! [Perpetual Grace, LTD]( [Perpetual Grace, LTD is well worth seeking out]( Series premiere now on Epix [Steven Conrad]( may very well be the king of “the best TV shows you aren’t watching” category. His Amazon spy series [Patriot]( [was beloved by those who watched it]( thanks to the unique cadence of Conrad’s dialogue, meticulously crafted shots, and a pitch-black sense of humor. There’s more of the same in his new neo-noir crime dramedy Perpetual Grace, LTD, which stars [Jimmi Simpson]( as a grifter pulling a long con on a pastor ([Ben Kingsley](. Conrad, who’s clearly a fan of the French New Wave and Steven Soderbergh, loves it when a plan goes wrong and he can back his characters into a corner, so expect nothing to go right for Simpson’s con man, whose morality gets him into trouble and hilarious conversations about vocabulary. The show’s exclusivity to Epix — which has an impressive hit rate with great original series like [Get Shorty]( while it looks up at Showtime and HBO — means it likely won’t find the audience it deserves, but check your cable package, because you may already have it. Now’s your chance to be that person who smugly tells others, “Dude, you haven’t seen Perpetual Grace, LTD yet?” THE FINAL MELTDOWN [Chernobyl]( [The horror of Chernobyl comes to an end]( Series finale Monday at 9/8c on HBO [Game of Thrones]( may have left a bad taste in many people’s mouths, but HBO’s newest series [has been almost universally praised](. The miniseries depicting the 1986 nuclear disaster in Chernobyl, Russia, ends its slow-moving horror tonight with its brave scientists doing all they can to expose the truth about what really happened while the government tries to sweep everything under the rug. Given the dour mood of the entire series, there’s not much of a chance of an actual happy ending, but here’s to hoping that something can go right before it wraps up. WELL THAT EXPLAINS A LOT [Blitzed: Nazis on Drugs]( [Blitzed: Nazis on Drugs is pretty self-descriptive]( Now on Acorn TV As if you need any more reason to watch this that you can’t already get from the title. The documentary looks at the recent revelation that Adolf Hitler and most of the Third Reich were out of their gourds on various narcotic cocktails during their reign of terror leading up to and including World War II. The drugs were used strategically — many Nazis were on meth while out on combat — but they also could have had a negative effect on Hitler and the war. FLOSS TIME! [So You Think You Can Dance]( [So You Think You Can Dance will make you sore from just watching]( Season 16 premieres Monday at 9/8c on Fox Not going to lie: If you do not like dance, then you probably won’t like this show. The venerable summer reality show returns for a 16th season of people who think they can dance, with tonight’s premiere episode featuring hopefuls auditioning before the judges. [Nigel Lythgoe]( and [Mary Murphy]( return as judges, with Lady Gaga’s choreographer Laurieann Gibson and D-Trix joining the judges’ table this season. And as always, the wonderful [Cat Deeley]( serves as host. [Unsubscribe]( | [View online]( ©2019 CBS Interactive | All Rights Reserved.
