[The Arrowverse crossover comes to an end even if we don’t want it to, HBO takes to the waters for a mesmerizing surf documentary, and a child ventriloquist shows off her talent for NBC.](#) [TV Guide Watch This Now!]( Hello! The next season of [Stranger Things]( isn’t coming for several months, but this week Netflix released the episode titles for Season 3, so naturally, [we combed through them]( for Easter eggs and hints. It’s the catch-22 of being a TV obsessive: Do you watch the show uninitiated as was intended, or do you try to figure out everything you can to be the first to know? In our opinion, both are perfectly acceptable. Just know that if you choose the latter path, you may spend a lot of time just to [wind up predicting that Stranger Things will end with a fight in a food court](. Here’s are tonight’s picks: [Your Watch This Now! newsletter is created by Senior Recommendations and Reviews Editor Tim Surette and more show-obsessed editors at TV Guide!]( WATCH THIS NOW! [Supergirl]( [Why can’t every week be Arrowverse crossover week?]( Tuesday at 8/7c on The CW Once again, it would appear that the best thing about The CW having all these superhero shows is the annual crossover event, so if you happen to be in charge of The CW, hear our plea: Make all of The CW superhero shows cross over all the time, please! [The first two episodes of the three-part event have been a blast]( and the finale airs tonight. In it, all our heroes gear up for — what else? — the biggest fight of their lives. IT’S OK TO BE A BUSTER [Mike Tyson]( [30 for 30: 42-1 jabs away at the biggest upset in sports history]( Tuesday at 9/8c on ESPN We all know how the 1990 Mike Tyson vs. Buster Douglas fight ended, but that doesn’t spoil any of the thrills of the latest installment of ESPN’s outstanding sports documentary series. It was even more than a David vs. Goliath matchup — at least people knew David’s name — as Tyson was at the peak of his dominance and Buster was his tune-up fight for something greater. 42-1, named after the odds Vegas set against Buster, smartly pays more attention to the enigma who was the unknown challenger, while also giving us highlight footage of Mike sending people’s jaws to the moon. DANGEROUS WATERS [Momentum Generation]( [Momentum Generation is no day on the beach]( Tuesday at 10/9c on HBO If people punching each other in the nose isn’t your idea of a sports doc, HBO’s look at the evolution of the surfing scene from novelty sideshow to rebellious counterculture is shouting, “Yo bro, over here!” The special examines how a group of young friends, including future legends like Kelly Slater, Rob Machado and Taylor Knox, escaped abusive households to find freedom on the waves, and were pitted against each other as the surfing scene blew up. It’s like the Dogtown and Z Boys of the ocean, and it’s beautiful. READ OUR LIPS [Darci Lynne]( [Darci Lynne: My Hometown Christmas brings back AGT’s star]( Tuesday at 9/8c on NBC Most winners of [America’s Got Talent]( are happy to sing the National Anthem at a Minor League Baseball game, but 14-year-old ventriloquist [Darci Lynne]( — who won in 2017 — is no ordinary AGT winner. NBC has kept the darling voice-thrower on speed dial, and My Hometown Christmas is her first solo TV special. It won’t just be her and puppets, either; she’ll be joined by [Kristin Chenoweth]( [Toby Keith]( and others. IT’S NOT JUST A DRESSING [The Ranch]( [The Ranch goes with everything]( Season 3 now on Netflix The announcement of Netflix’s The Ranch — a down-home multi-camera sitcom about a family that works on a ranch — in 2015 seemed like a backward step for the progressive streaming service, but the show ended up being a surprisingly heartfelt family sitcom with strong performances by [Sam Elliott]( and [Ashton Kutcher](. Now in the second half of its third season, The Ranch recently fired star [Danny Masterson]( amid allegations of sexual assault, and replaced him with a new character played by [Dax Shepard](. This is easygoing, comfort food television, and it may get some new energy with Shepard on board. [Unsubscribe]( | [View online]( ©2018 CBS Interactive | All Rights Reserved.
