"I will tell you all this: If I lived in Pennsylvania I would have already cast my votes for John Fetterman for many reasons," Winfrey said during the event. She also described being on numerous medications before a psychiatrist took her off all drugs except two. "I had to learn how to remember certain words," she said. "I would forget where I was when we were talking.
