Energy stocks are up the most of any sector over the last month. Is this the beginning of something bigger? In addition to the big announcement that Boeing’s CEO is stepping down, the U.S. government and the European Union are conducting massive probes into technology stocks. Ukraine won’t stop attacking Russian refineries, which now puts a huge onus on global refining and shipping networks. This is a short trading week due to Good Friday.  I anticipate that we’re about to see the resumption of capital into energy - the monthlong trend that has put the sector at the top of the chart. We are starting to move further toward momentum and chasing among retail investors.
