Last night, I was looking through all the quote lists on Culturcidal and it seemed noteworthy that the vast majority of them were from men. Sure, there were exceptions like Ann Coulter and Ayn Rand, along with other women whose quotes I may do in the future like Margaret Thatcher and Anaïs Nin, but it still felt as if women deserved a little more attention on that subject. ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏   ͏    Forwarded this email? Sure, there were exceptions like [Ann Coulter]( and [Ayn Rand]( along with other women whose quotes I may do in the future like Margaret Thatcher and Anaïs Nin, but it still felt as if women deserved a little more attention on that subject. So, with that in mind, what follows are the 20 best quotes from women on the Right. There’s only one quote per woman and I used a very generous definition of what being “on the Right” meant so there are some women who might be categorized as Libertarian on the list. These smart, conservative women. Enjoy their quotes. 20) "It's the usual Socialist fiscal math of 1 + 1 = ‘You're paying, so who cares.’" -- Rachel Marsden 19) "There's a rule of thumb in politics. If you're at a point where you're complaining about the other guy being mean and unfair and uncivil, that's probably a sign that you're losing." -- Laura Ingraham 18) "Government is government, and any type will, if left unchecked and allowed to do so, run roughshod over the citizenry. It is its nature to do so." -- Tammy Bruce 17) "The government is not your salvation. The government is not your road to prosperity. Hard work, education will take you far beyond what any government program can ever promise." -- Mia Love 16) "Folks, this government isn't too big to fail, it's too big to succeed." -- Sarah Palin 15) "You learn something out of everything, and you come to realize more than ever that we're all here for a certain space of time and then it's going to be over, and you better make this count." -- Nancy Reagan 14) "I will not have my sons grow up in a world where the new original sin is being a man." -- Dana Loesch 13) "Self-esteem comes from achievements. Not from lax standards and false praise." -- Condi Rice 12) "Racism oppresses its victims but also binds the oppressors, who sear their consciences with more and more lies until they become prisoners of those lies. They cannot face the truth of human equality because it reveals the horror of the injustices they commit." -- Alveda King 11) "Why does the left hate free speech? Because they don't know how to talk about the substantive merits when they are challenged. Having submerged themselves in disciplining each other by denouncing any heretics in their midst, they find themselves overwhelmed and outnumbered in America, where there is vibrant debate about all sorts of things they don't know how to begin to talk about. They resort to stomping their feet and shouting 'shut up'… when they aren't prissily imploring everyone to be 'civil.'" -- Ann Althouse 10) "Words can destroy. What we call each other ultimately becomes what we think of each other, and it matters." -- Jeane Kirkpatrick 9) "Life is a hard battle anyway. If we laugh and sing a little as we fight the good fight of freedom, it makes it all go easier. I will not allow my life's light to be determined by the darkness around me." -- Sojourner Truth 8) "There are no hopeless situations; there are only men who have grown hopeless about them." -- Clare Boothe Luce 7) "Liberals see racism where it doesn't exist, fabricate it when they can't find it, and ignore it within their own ranks.” -- Michelle Malkin 6) "Feminism is doomed to failure because it is based on an attempt to repeal and restructure human nature." -- Phyllis Schlafly 5) "Cynicism is not realistic and tough. It's unrealistic and kind of cowardly because it means you don't have to try." -- Peggy Noonan 4) "Liberals don't care. Their approach is to rip out society's foundations without asking if they serve any purpose. Why do we have immigration laws? What's with these borders? Why do we have the institution of marriage, anyway? What do we need standardized tests for? Hey, I like Keith Richards - why not make heroin legal? Let's take a sledgehammer to all these load-bearing walls and just see what happens!" -- Ann Coulter 3) "The devotees of the party in power are smug and arrogant. The devotees of the party out of power are insane." -- Megan McCardle 2) "We are fast approaching the stage of the ultimate inversion: the stage where the government is free to do anything it pleases, while the citizens may act only by permission, which is the stage of the darkest periods of human history, the stage of rule by brute force." -- Ayn Rand 1) "It is one of the great weaknesses of reasonable men and women that they imagine that projects which fly in the face of commonsense are not serious or being seriously undertaken." -- Margaret Thatcher --------------------------------------------------------------- [Upgrade to paid]( [Share]( [Leave a comment]( [101 Things All Young Adults Should Know]( You're currently a free subscriber to [Culturcidal by John Hawkins](.
