[The SMART Digest: Useful content, powerful tools, and exclusive deals from Pat Flynn and Smart Passive Income] Hi, {NAME}! In case you haven't heard, the housing market in the United States is crazy right now, and we recently experienced it first hand. My wife and I have owned a rental property here in San Diego for years, and we decided to put on the market. In just a single day on the market, we've had offers coming in at nearly 2x what we paid for it! I've been hearing a lot of similar stories around from others who have been choosing to move and or sell homes they own. Just, wow! It was a good reminder for me to keep my eyes open, pay attention to trends and, if possible, take action when an opportunity presents itself. So what are the trends happening in your space right now? What opportunities are presenting themselves that you can take action on? Have a great week and stay strong #TeamFlynn! Pat Flynn, Founder and CEO SPI TIP Email Marketing Get More Clicks: 2 Things You Can Do to Make Your Emails More Effective When you craft an email, ask yourself: “What’s the purpose of sending this?” That's the first, and most important, thing you can do to get more clicks. Each email you send should have one specific goal. Maybe that goal is to get people excited about your latest podcast episode or YouTube video, or to drive them to the sales page for your latest product. Decide on one thing and keep your content focused on that goal. Second, include only one specific call to action (CTA) for each email. This is important because more choices actually can hinder a person’s ability to make a decision. When you include more than one CTA, that's a clue that you’re not focused and honed in on your messaging within your email, and it just becomes far less effective. Of course, there will be exceptions. But generally speaking you’ll be making it easier for people to follow through on the intended action when you keep to a single goal and CTA in each email. Keep these 2 things in mind every time you write an email, and see what a difference they can make! A Free 5-Day Challenge to Help You Build a Brand and Website Have you been thinking about starting a website for a while, but held back because you didn't know quite how to get started?
