Publicis Group will have a presence at this year's Cannes Lions despite its announcement last year that it would be abstaining from the ceremony in 2018. The company -- which will have nearly 90 employees in attendance, including CEO Arthur Sadoun, who will speak on the main stage -- says it has stuck to its "own strict rules" for not paying to participate, with the exception of covering the entry fees for BBH London's "3 Billboards" campaign, which the company says was a cause it was proud to support.
