[@Will_Richmond]( Good morning, I'm Will Richmond at The Providence Journal and this is the Daily Briefing. The future of Providence's last genuine estate is in doubt and it seems to have opened a can of worms. The Journal's Amy Russo has the story on the uncertain status of the 3.4-acre estate at 460 Rochambeau Ave. that includes a 9,000-square-foot home and a 1,900-square-foot carriage house. At dispute is the ownership of the property and how it got to this point is an interesting tale that many of us probably can't relate to. It all starts with a husband and wife who sought to sell the estate, but couldn't find a buyer. An auction that followed and a claim of promises unkept. There's even a cameo of statues of the sci-fi "Transformers" characters mixed into the story. What's to come of the Rochambeau estate?
