Hereâs why⦠On our way out the door today to drop my daughterâs lunch off at daycare- we see a huge groundhog in our yard. Heâs moved on in and has been digging holes + causing a mess underneath the back of my house for years⦠And so, Iâm seeing if I can catch him on his afternoon lunch break. My wife chimes in, âDo you think just one shot will take him out?â My response⦠âItâs all weâve got.â Iâll keep you updated on if "George" (the groundhog- my daughter named him) and I throw it down and who wins⦠But for now, thereâs a lesson here for you if youâre stuck in pain. You know... the kind of burning pain in your butt that just wonât budge no matter how much you throw at it?! Most people take the shotgun approach to pain relief⦠trying every exercise in the books, dowsing the area with medication/injections- only to end up being frustrated and at a loss. But⦠IF THE ONLY WEAPON YOUâVE GOT IS A BB GUN, YOU BETTER BE A GOOD SHOT! In my experience, the goal of treatment shouldnât be to do more, but rather- to do less.
The less you do, the more clarity you gain. Rather than guessing and trying a bunch of random things⦠we aim to find the ONE motion that works best for you. Dan found a âlateral disc slideâ that worked for him⦠Carole found she loves to âdo the twist.â If youâd prefer a BB gun (sniper-like, one shot one chance) rather than a shotgun approach (throwing a whole bunch of stuff and hoping something hits)- [click here to book a call]( to see if we can help.
