AND fixed it with ONE motion ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ?

AND fixed it with ONE motion ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ Hey {NAME}- Do you feel stuck? Trying lots of different exercises and treatments to relieve your pain- but it’s not working? If so, it’s time to work smarter, not harder. Meet Dan. Dan is a personal trainer. So, naturally he tried the DIY route first, because he “knew what he was doing”... (just enough to be dangerous… and NOT in a good way) After getting stuck, trying all kinds of fancy exercises to improve his core and strengthen his hips- he was fed up with the pain and numbness in his back, butt and leg. Then, he joined our program (The Glute Relief Accelerator Program) and everything changed. We jumped on a call- identified the ONE motion he needed to focus on and cut the rest of the fat! No way, Charlie… ONE motion to fix months of pain? Yes way! How’d we do it?… Simple. We started by breaking down an activity that he thought helped him (skiing of all things) into each of the individual ingredients (motions) that make up that activity. Then we tested each of these ingredients out via a process I call “Hunting For Motions.” We identified the ONE motion which made the greatest change (immediately) in his movement experience- it fixed his yucky motion! We prescribed it as medicine (movement = medicine), with a specific dose, frequency, and time of when to take it… The result… 6 days later he posts this inside our private healing Community: Dan fixed his “disc” pain by sliding his foot on a disk. Who’da thunk? Now, here’s the cool thing- this wasn’t a lucky guess. It was the result of a test. You see, most people subscribe to a random sheet of exercises. Only to say… “PT didn’t work.” But, in reality, this is just random guesswork- a shotgun approach that the “PT” hoped would work. If you’re tired of the runaround- and think it might be helpful to follow a more scientific approach to pain relief- then [apply here to work with us and book a call.]( Chat soon, Dr. Charlie “Break It Down” Johnson At [physicaltherapyjohnson.com](, we are strongly committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe & high-quality online experience for all of our visitors.
