What allows us to react, move in the right direction and change things for the better when grappling with issues of varying significance? Small deeds, lifestyle choices and the interdependence of humans, that’s what. But meditation can also set such positive change in motion because it encourages these everyday actions, this routine where we adopt a position as an observer, cultivating our clarity and connecting ourselves to others, experiencing this connection to life. New programme on tinnitus We had the joy to work with Virginie Bertin on the [Tinnitus]( programme! At the Rennes Teaching hospital (France), she specialises in managing tinnitus and hyperacusis with a multi-disciplinary team, helping people suffering from tinnitus through individualized sessions. Through ten 10-15-minute sessions guided by [Reuben Lowe]( all those suffering from tinnitus, whatever its nature or origin, can explore different techniques, such as body practices and positive visualisations, to habituate to it and live better with it.  Everyone can test and take from it, like in a toolbox, what is most beneficial to them.
