[Petit BamBou]    Hello, Our offices in Tourcoing (in the north of France) have a screen, often switched off, sometimes on. When it's on, we use it to play video games during our lunch break. Or it tells us it's time to get together before the weekend for drinks. This screen also indicates the number of people creating a Petit BamBou account. A few days ago (we've been watching for a while) the ten millionth person downloaded the app and decided to create an account to meditate. This is a person who trusts us, and that means a lot. For them, it may (or may not!) be the start of something new, showing curiosity. This moment has happened once for 10 million people! Of which you are one. It is overwhelming and tremendously uplifting. We genuinely believe it contributes to a positive movement of awakening our consciences in a world where distractions, dispersions, and even manipulations are everywhere. Thank you for coming on this journey with us! Inhabiting your body Understanding and nurturing the mind-body connection can be learned and experienced daily in many ways, including through meditation. With that in mind, we have decided to share the '[Walking meditations]( programme with you! A great tool, if you want to combine exercise and meditation to reconnect with your first home: your body.  This 8-session programme with [Betsy]( voice allows you to explore your verticality while discovering mindful walking and running. Suitable for both amateur and professional athletes, with tools to prepare mentally, improve concentration and performance, and find more relaxation and pleasure in your sport. Many amateur and professional sportspeople practise mindfulness meditation in connection with their sport. Are you one of them? Don’t worry if sport isn’t your thing! The '[Authentic presence]( programme can also be interesting if you want to (re)learn how to listen to your body and engage with your true authentic self. On that note, we wish you a lot of great discoveries while living with your feet on the ground and your mind at one with your body. And again, we’d like to say this to you ten million times over: thank you! See you soon, [petit bambou]    Find Petit BamBou at: Our address: Petit BamBou Imaginarium 99A boulevard Constantin Descat 59 200 Tourcoing France  [Click here to unsubscribe]( from the newsletter - We're sad to see you go, but don't hold any grudge :) Â
