[Petit BamBou]     Hello, We’ve waited a while before writing to you: because we were busy fixing the technical glitches that may have disrupted your meditations, because we like to take our time, because we were thinking about what we wanted to wish you, and also because the whole team was away for a few days. So here, in our own time, is what we would like to ask you: What do you deeply desire, and what makes you happy? What changes and constancy do you need? We hope that you are able to pinpoint what it is you truly desire. Much more than already having it all, we hope that you will seek and (sometimes) find the answers to these questions. And since this quest cannot come from the outside, we would like you to listen to your inner feelings. A new category and programme A new category has arrived in our catalogue: breathing! We had already started to develop this theme with a free tool, thanks to the help of breathing specialist [Yves Vincent Davroux]( and we are now continuing with the programme [The 7 keys to the breath.]( Through the 7 fundamental keys, you will realise not only how simple the breathing movement is but also how complex its self-regulating action is on all our vital functions. There is nothing else to do but to experience it! A new programme for kids (and for adults who were once kids) We recently published the [Open your ears wide]( programme, composed of listening games with music, rhythms and sounds. We were excited to create these sessions with its author [Emilie Tromeur-Navaresi]( and [Reuben Lowe]( who lent his voice. The goal of these sessions? By listening and being attentive for a few minutes, with our focus fully on the game that is happening, we are training our brain to direct and hold its attention. This ability to actively decide what to focus on, and to hold our focus without getting distracted, is essential in our daily lives to avoid living our lives on autopilot We can then decide consciously what our brain is interested in: this is the dream! Happy meditating!
