Petit BamBou Hello, You created an account, you've (perhaps) read our emails. So why not try out meditation and decide what you think of the activity everyone's talking about? Because practice really does make perfect. It's an old saying, but a true one. The most effective way to know if you like something is to try it out! Particularly because you can't "fail" at meditation. However a session goes, it's always an experience. If you still don't want to, that's OK. But if you're tempted, now's the time! After this, we won't be here to motivate you, because we don't want to keep on about it if you're not interested.
