[Orangetheory Fitness](  Welcome, August! It's no question that at Orangetheory Fitness, we're family - all united in More Life. This past year, we've built a collection of inspirational stories of those whose transformations from Orangetheory expand far beyond the physical weight loss and enter the realm of defeating depression, bouncing back after suffering chronic disease, and even overcoming the loss of loved ones. Our More Life stories transcend all boundaries across the globe. This month, we're recognizing our members' personal accomplishments and invite you to share your personal story to inspire others to pursue their dreams. But this didn't stop Mindy from going all out and getting through this catastrophe on top. The best thing about it? She had the support of her Orangetheory Fitness family, who donated clothing, money, and other critical items in this process of rebuilding. Mindy has never felt so much love than now, and she owes it all to the community of loving, caring members who sweat it out every day for more LIFE. [Read Mindy's Full Story]( Member Spotlight Stephanie, S. 1.) Why do you love OTF?  I love OTF because of how strong I feel working out and because of the friends I have made. I really like that it's a guided workout so you know you are getting a full body workout every time that you walk in the door. It's also different every time so I never get bored. 2.) What is your most memorable moment at OTF?  It isn’t one moment it’s all the victories like new personal bests. However, even though it's not in the studio I love when we did a member social at a local bar. It really helped me get to know the other coaches and staff and made me feel a part of the OTF family. It's important when joining a gym to feel like I belong and OTF does that for me. 3.) Who is your favorite Coach, workout music, and type of class? I honestly hard to pick a favorite coach because everyone brings it in a different but great way. I do love Coach Dayna and Coach Tara. They have great energy and won't hesitate to correct you or hand you heavier weights to make sure you are getting the best workout possible. We have the best coaches and front desk at Albany OTF!! Everybody knows I love rock music- the harder the better!   4.) What is your favorite cheat meal?  Anything Italian, with a lot of cheese. Staff Spotlight Ally, M. Ally has been working at OTF since the beginning of the summer. She will be going to Union College in the fall where she will study Bio-medical engineering and high jump on the women’s track team. Ally also has a passion for nutrition, and is always creating new recipes for meals and desserts at home for her parents Pasquale and Danielle who also bleed orange!  1) What do you love about working for OTF? I love the community! Going to work genuinely cheers me up, and hanging out with my fellow sales associates and interacting with members is the best part of my day! 2) What is your favorite type of workout and workout music? My favorite workout is OTF & HIIT training in general! I like working out to anything loud and energetic, but mainly hip-hop. 3) Most memorable moment at OTF so far? I have 2... My first OTF class was a distance challenge, and I barely ran a mile in the 20 minutes, and now I’m on a D3 track team! The second was when it was Josh Malone’s birthday when we blasted music through the studio and danced with him after class! 4) Favorite cheat meal? Pizza and ice cream!! 5) Tell me something a lot of people don’t know about you. I did musicals & plays all throughout high school! 1,000 Studios Strong!
