This makes perfect sence so why didn't someone tell us about this sooner! Hey Tristan, Tom here,

This makes perfect sence so why didn't someone tell us about this sooner! Hey Tristan,  Tom here, from NLPTIMES with a quick question:  Does the amount of time you've spent learning NLP or coaching match the size of transformations you can create for clients?  ...typically when I ask NLPers or coaches this question, I’ll hear one of three responses:  Response #1—*BIG SMILE* followed by "My clients are seeing amazing changes!"  Response #2—*SHOULDERS AND HEAD DROPS* with a sigh and "Hmmm, good question..."  Response #3—*RED-FACED EMBARRASSMENT*, followed by an uneasy shift and "Honestly, I really wish I could do much more…”  Here's the thing: You could be creating far better outcomes with clients, family or friends by making a few small changes in how you communicate...  You see, some NLPers and coaches can create life-changing outcomes in a single 60-minute session, surpassing what others can achieve from months of one-to-one work. How?  Because they DON’T PUT THEIR CLIENTS ON THE SPOT!  They don’t:  - Directly challenge the client’s (limiting) beliefs - Ask standard coaching questions that make them feel confused or afraid - Use frameworks or tools that every other coach does... Instead, they do something every so slick to disarm the inner tension and resistance present for many clients...  Think about it. Whether it’s a friend, colleague or client who comes to you wanting your help, the very last thing you want to do is make them feel judged or wrong!  Why? It’s an instant rapport (and trust) killer.  It pushes the client further away, creating disharmony between YOU and THEM. Making everything else you say less effective and triggers their reptilian brain - shutting down any hope of change.  Unfortunately, too many well-meaning students ask questions that drive the client FURTHER into the problem state. Don't do it!  Asking standard coaching (or Meta Model) questions can be immensely counter-productive, if you don't understand one key thing about questions.  Thankfully, there is a really powerful way to communicate that:  - Takes all the pressure off your clients (so they can relax) - Gives them breathing room to be themselves (so their reptilian brain welcomes the change in...) - Avoids triggering their unconscious defence system (so the changes can take hold unconsciously, without any resistance at all...) Making it far easier and quicker for you to create transformations when working with you, regardless if you are new to NLP or coaching or have been practicing it for decades.  Curious to learn more? Stay tuned. I'm about to reveal how elite coaches spark real transformations through 'ordinary coaching conversations', skills that separate them from all the rest.  Wishing you a great start to 2024, Tom   NLP Times, Real NLP Skills For The Real World                             [Unsubscribe]( | [Edit your details]( D&T New Media Limited Office E, 25th Floor, King Palace Plaza Kwun Tong Kowloon Hong Kong [Powered By Kartra] - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
