Do you ever feel tired? This may be the simpliest tool you've never heard of... Hi Anonymous,  It's Tom O'Connor here with a quick question...  Do you ever feel tired?  [Then check out this quick video]( from neuroscientist Andrew Huberman, who teaches a simple science-based hack to trigger your body to feel more ALERT.  This will help you be more resourceful whenever you find yourself saying:  “I’m too tired. I can’t [fill in blank].”  Tiredness and not mastering our own physiology is one of the biggest reasons people get stopped and fail to tap into more of their potential.  Yet a key trait of top NLPers who have made NLP a living breathing ‘operating system’ within themselves is that they are highly resourceful.  It’s not that they don’t get tired, but they don’t let tiredness or the absence of some other resource stop them from pursuing what they want.  Do you?  [This short video will help you add another tool to your arsenal of resources you can call on when you need it.](  Use it. Notice the increased alertness and wakefulness it creates.  And make sure to get high-quality sleep this weekend if this week has been more challenging than usual.  Oh, and if you want to learn more distinctions and techniques to help you sleep and operate better, watch [this]( in depth video. Lots of gold in there.  As students of NLP, it's important we know a little bit about a lot. It's what I call being a 'T shaped NLPer'. More about that in a future email.  To your success, Tom   NLP Times, Real NLP Skills For The Real World    [Unsubscribe]( | [Edit your details]( D&T New Media Limited Office E, 25th Floor, King Palace Plaza Kwun Tong Kowloon Hong Kong [Powered By Kartra] - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
