This is one of the most powerful motivation strategies anyone can have In ways, we are all fish…  Fish don’t know they are in water.  And like fish, we humans can’t see the limitations we take for granted, which is a big problem.  Because we can’t see the structures that are holding us back.  Stopping us from seeing what Moshe Feldenkrais called The Elusive Obvious.  Take something like finishing what you start. If you are like most people, you have a long list of books, courses and learning projects you have yet to crack open. Perhaps, like many people, you’ve tagged them under “later.”  But here’s the funny thing about later - it never arrives. Which means you never get the benefits of learning those skills or acquiring that knowledge.  In fact, according to research by Pew, as many as 4 out of 10 books people buy are never even opened. The same goes for many newsletters and courses.  People buy things and never take action.  Sound familiar?  Don’t worry, we’ve all been there.  So how can we get motivated and stay motivated, long enough to follow through on what we want?  People have tried many things ... apps, journals, post-it notes, vision boards, placed wagers with friends and hired external help. Typically, these strategies are more miss than hit.  However, there is one strategy from the world of NLP that anyone can use to create rock solid motivation whenever you want...  The solution isn't external, it's internal.  All you need to do is build a propulsion system.  A system of motivation that leverages both the desire to move towards something you want, while at the same time, moving away from something you don’t want.  It's so reliable, Richard Bandler calls it "one of the most powerful motivation strategies" a person can have.  The only problem is (and there's always one, right?) ... very few people in NLP know how it actually works and how to create a propulsion system for themselves.  So I'm going to share more on the practical aspects of doing this in future emails. But before I do, I'd love to know:  Which is a bigger problem for you…  [Getting motivated?]( or [Staying motivated?](  ...to achieve the things you want.  This will help me tailor the resources I send you.  To your success, Tom  P.S. Once you know how to create your very own propulsion system, you can turn on enduring motivation with relative ease, so you follow through anytime you want, on whatever you want. It's really cool. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
