This features also allows you to save any comments or additional information collected when adding a new case.The Quick Means Test is available exclusively for our annual subscribers. Users on per-case plans can try out this new feature on up to 3 cases. To learn more about Quick Means Test, sign-up to our upcoming webinar: [Annual Features: December 12th, 2023 2:00 PM EST.]( Product Updates 🚀 Our development team has been hard at work on updates to improve the filing process and specifically focused on decreasing the time it takes to file cases with the court. These updates must be made district-by-district. In the last month, we’ve improved the filing speeds for the following courts: - Northern District of Texas - Eastern District of Arkansas - Northern District of Indiana - Eastern District of Louisiana - Middle District of Louisiana - Eastern District of Missouri So far, our team has migrated the filing process for 43 courts to “case upload” which has reduced the average time it takes to file a case by 60%. We value you and your staff’s time and we will continue to make these migrations a priority to improve the filing experience. In addition to reducing filing times, our team has made the following product updates: - Post-petition filing is now available the for Southern District of Indiana - New Release:[Quick Means Test Qualifier]( - District of Guam: Rights and Responsibilities of Chapter 13 Debtors and Attorneys form updated per 10/23 revisions - The following Chapter 13 Plans were updated per their November/December 2023 revisions: - Eastern District of Kentucky - District of New Jersey - Southern District of Indiana - Western District of Wisconsin - District of Wyoming: Updated homestead exemption per 2023 revision - Form 206A/B: Updated to include continuation page for all additional entries in Personal Property - Official Form 425C - Monthly Operating Report for Small Business Under Chapter 11 added to all Chapter 11 Cases with auto-complete functionality - Means Test Figures: Updated data as of 11/1/23 - Updated Debtor.txt: Personal cases now include EIN for any district filing via Case Upload - Form 106A/B line 3: Updated to remove semi-colon from additional information - Bug fixes Virtual Paralegals 👩 Are you interested in taking on additional work as a paralegal?
