Yesterday, our country witnessed the first day of a televised review of the committee findings; here are some of the key moments from the event: - Groups like the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers admitted on camera that they believed that Trump wanted them at the Capitol to fight for the election. - Alex Cannon, who is Trump's lawyer, confirmed that he had found NO evidence of voter fraud in the 2020 election. - The Committee showed heartbreaking and infuriating video footage from the attack that had previously not been released to the public. The members of the Committee were very clear, the insurrection was the fault of a corrupt president and the dangerous elected officials who followed his lead to destroy our democracy and steal and steal the election. - Of the several members of the Trump family who have been called to testify, Ivanka was the first whose testimony was showcased. Loud and clear, it was evident that she believed that the 2020 election was not stolen and that her father had been wrong. In the coming weeks, we will see more truth come to light as secrets are uncovered and justice emerges. We are grateful that the elected officials on the Committee have launched a thorough and complete investigation, and we are ready to see what new information will be revealed. Even with public bashing from her own father, Ivanka has taken a stand for truth and told the Committee what really happened. For now, we believe that it is the duty of those who were involved to come forward and recognize the truth.
