[Publicis acquires the Herd Agency including N2N, Fuel and Touch Creative](
One of Australiaâs biggest PR agencies, Â N2N Communications, has been acquired by Publicis.
Publicis has taken over Herd, the umbrella group of N2N, Fuel Communications and Touch Creative. The three agencies were combined in October last year.

[Fairfax to proceed with Domain float as TPG Capital and Hellman & Friedman pull out](
Fairfax Media will spin off Domain as a separate entity on the Australian Securities Exchange, confirming it had not received a binding offer from equity houses TPG Capital and Hellman & Friedman.
The news comes after TPG Capital â which kicked off the bidding for the media company at almost $2.5bn â had decided not to proceed after looking at the state of Fairfaxâs books.

Nineâs finale of The Voice, which saw Judah King take the winning title, attracted 1.306m metro viewers, making it the most watched program of the night.
According to OzTAMâs overnight preliminary ratings, the result was up 24,000 from last yearâs 1.282m metro viewers.
