[GroupM and media auditor legal dispute over âmisuseâ of confidential documents concludes](
Media agency holding group GroupM and media auditing company FirmDecisions have concluded their dispute after GroupM accused the media auditor of misusing confidential documents it was accidentally sent by, among others, Mediacom Australia.
GroupM launched legal action against FirmDecisions in May last year with Mediacom Australia one of a number of GroupM agencies listed in the action filed in the UKâs High Court.

[Daily Telegraph grabs eighth place in Nielsen news rankings as News.com.au builds on lead position](
News Corpâs The Daily Telegraph has climbed into the top ten news sites according to the Nielsen Digital Ratings (Monthly) for February, after growing its unique audience month-on-month by 15%.
For February, the tabloid reported an audience of 2.353m, up from Januaryâs audience of 1.722m, to claim 9th spot on the rankings.

[AFL returns to television with 591,000 viewers, but is beaten by Gogglebox](
Sevenâs AFL returned to television last night as Carlton took on the Richmond Tigers pulling 591,000 metro viewers, helping Seven to a Thursday night win.
The Richmond Tigers put the 43-point win under their belt in the opening game of AFL for the season. The game was the second most-watched non-news program, according to OzTAMâs overnight preliminary metro ratings.

[IAB links with Coalition for Better Ads in a bid to improve online ad experience](
The Interactive Advertising Bureau of Australia (IAB) will support the launch of a research project in Australia by the Coalition for Better Ads (CBA) aimed at setting guidelines for local marketers, brands and publishers to deliver more consumer-friendly online ads.
IAB Australiaâs announcement it is joining the group, which has already released its Better Ads Standards guidelines in North America and Europe, comes as the organisation continues to work on major industry issues such as transparency, ad fraud and viewability.
