[Danny Bass resigns as CEO of IPG Mediabrands](
The CEO of IPG Mediabrands, Danny Bass, has resigned from the role after three years.
âAt the end of last year I spoke to Leigh Terry (CEO, IPG Mediabrands APAC) about my plans for the future. Leigh was totally understanding and we both agreed that Iâd leave Mediabrands in the coming months,â Bass said in a statement.

Private Media is creating a new team of journalists backed by shareholders John B Fairfax and Cameron OâReilly, as part of a major investment in âinquiry journalismâ.

Daily Mail Australia climbed to a unique audience of 6.322m in January, the highest result for the publisher since Nielsen launched monthly Digital Content Ratings.
The publisher grew its audience by 18% month on month, putting the publisher well ahead of Yahoo, which returned to DCR after tagging issues, with a unique audience of 4.681m.
