Breaking Today: What the Media Are Saying... and What It Really Means Dear {NAME}, Days after the FB

[curved top shadow] [Media Research Center] Breaking Today: What the Media Are Saying... and What It Really Means Dear {NAME}, Days after the FBI announcement absolving Hillary Clinton of her illegal email activities as Secretary of State, the media have divided over the impact of FBI Director James Comey's statement and Hillary's candidacy. Talking Points memo editor and publisher Josh Marshall stated Tuesday that, “given what we knew, criminal charges weren't even in the realm of reasonable consideration.” Apparently it was the media's poor reporting that led the people to believe there stood a chance at real justice for illegal activity from the Secretary. However, not all media outlets agree. The Associated Press (AP), a few CNN journalists, and even the Daily Show were skeptical of Hillary's trustworthiness. Stephen Braun and Jack Gillum of AP touted how "key assertions by Hillary Clinton in defense of her email practices have collapsed under FBI scrutiny," and Trevor Noah was questioning the ethical determination not to prosecute, “despite the fact that just about everything she told us about it for the past year has been a lie.” But when so-called "journalists" from NBC and MSNBC, such as Andrea Mitchell and her colleagues, are up in arms that Comey’s announcement has “overshadowed” Clinton’s campaign when it “was supposed to be a triumphant week,” it is important that we all pause to consider what news is actually resonating with the minds of the American people. To tackle liberal media bias, the Media Research Center is here to document, expose, and neutralize it, and just as important, will report the truth to the American public. [Please consider a contribution to the MRC right now, so we may continue to expose the media biases, manipulative reporting, and blatant lies that surround scandal.] Let's demand truth in the media when this country needs it most. Thank You - Your Friends at the MRC In the Words of Trevor Noah... TRANSCRIPT: "Hillary's entire campaign has been the idea that she is the responsible candidate, sound judgement, disciplined, dependable. Hillary Clinton is basically the Volkswagen of-- candidates. She’s the efficient practical choice that’s been in the game for years and now, just like Volkswagen turns out there is a whole lot of [bleep] She's been hiding from us." Of course, Noah didn't leave Trump alone, but incorporated him into his segment.
