Here it is. January is a HUGE month to attract your next members. [Book a Mighty Pro Call]( It’s when people everywhere wake up to the awesomeness of your community, courses, and memberships. Activity across Mighty jumps 5x during January—and I want to help you get ready. What’s the secret to seizing January and riding its momentum for the rest of the year? In a word, a New Year Challenge. [Image]( [Book a Mighty Pro Call]( A New Year Challenge is one of the simplest and most impactful things you can do in January. And now is the time to start planning for 2024 lift-off. Right now, if you were on Mighty Pro—our highest level of service, strategy, and support—you’d have your Community Design™ calendar mapped out and your January Challenge booked. With a dedicated Community Strategist, they’re here to ensure that you’re set up to seize not just 2024, but every day. [Book a Mighty Pro Call]( I want you to experience just a fraction of this value. Which is why I’m about to do something different. To give you a taste of the value of Mighty Pro, I’m stealing the headlines from the Mighty Pro blueprint —and breaking it down for you in this email. Ready? [Image]( [Book a Mighty Pro Call]( 1. Identify a concrete goal you know your Ideal Members are eager to meet.
Your Ideal Members are the people who want and need your community the most right now. (We like to say it, “RIGHT NOW, ALL CAPS, but I didn’t want you to think that I was yelling). This could be a professional goal, like negotiating a higher salary. Or a personal one—learning how to tell a joke, finishing the first draft of your memoirs, making date night a priority...etc. The goal could be a new practice that is only sustained with the support of a community—going to the gym, daily yoga or meditation, or a gratitude journal or affirmations. 2. Set your New Year Challenge length. It should be between 5 to 30 days. Fewer days than 5 and it’s difficult to see real results. More than 30 and momentum can be diminished. Work backwards from your end goal to plan each day of your New Year Challenge. For instance, if it’s “Run 5k in 30 Days,” on Day 1 you’re perhaps just starting with a 1km run. 3. Create a New Year Challenge Space in your Mighty Network. In it, add these features 👇 ️⭐️ Events—call it Daily Livestreams ⭐ An Activity Feed—call it Community ⭐️ A Chat ⭐️ A Members List Your daily livestreams will give your challenge participants their one action for the day. It’s a motivational kick-off where you introduce the action and get people excited. The Activity Feed is where they’ll share their progress. The Chat is where they’ll cheer each other on. And the Members List is where they’ll match names with faces and deeper motivations. [Book a Mighty Pro Call]( 4. Start talking about your New Year Challenge before January. The wrong time to start promoting a Challenge aimed at January change-seekers? January 1st. We’re sending this email in October so that you can get organized and start bringing your members along now. Then, after the distractions of the holidays, they’ll head into 2024 excited to kick off with you and invest in themselves again. You can build on your New Year Challenge success with new cohorts in February, March, April...etc. And when you’re on Mighty Pro, your Community Strategist will create a Community Design™ Plan for you to help keep the momentum going throughout the year. [Book a Mighty Pro Call]( Have I convinced you, {NAME}? You have the blueprint and it’s one that’s built some pretty phenomenal businesses on Mighty Pro. I encourage you to try it out for yourself. Here’s to rising to the Challenge in 2024, Jane [mighty]( Sent by Mighty Networks 530 Lytton Ave, 2nd Floor, Office #208, Palo Alto, CA 94301 Click [here]( to update your email preferences.
