[Bob Menendez]( {NAME} – every single American deserves access to affordable, accessible, and reliable health care. But for far too long, for far too many families, this has not been the reality. Over 37 million Americans – including 10 percent of New Jerseyans – living with diabetes, face exorbitant costs for the very insulin they need to survive. Monthly costs can range between $200 and $600. And because of that, the American Diabetes Association reports that 1 in 4 diabetic patients ration or even skip insulin doses. That's why I'm calling on Congress to pass the Affordable Insulin Now Act immediately. The Affordable Insulin Now Act would ensure patients pay no more than $35 per month for insulin in all forms. This is a critical step in addressing the skyrocketing costs of health care that burdens far too many Americans. [If you're with us, please sign our petition urging Congress to pass this lifesaving legislation once and for all.]( [ADD YOUR NAME]( Every day as I step onto the Senate floor, I'm fighting for New Jersey families, for vulnerable Americans across the country, and for access and affordability when it comes to health care. Because no American should have to make a choice between putting food on the table or accessing vital medicines and treatments. [Now is the time to pass the Affordable Insulin Now Act and bring relief to working families. {NAME}, please join me by signing this petition to demand Congress bring this critical legislation to a vote.]( [ADD YOUR NAME]( Thank you for continuing to stand with us. – Bob Menendez [DONATE]( --------------------------------------------------------------- This email was sent to: {EMAIL}.
