Still not quite sure where to start despite taking tons of courses? That's the most common question I get asked. The thing is…there are so many different directions you can take and there isn’t one right way. But here's what I did when I started out: 1️⃣ I got very clear about my business model - the primary way I wanted to make money. 2️⃣ I got clear about the type of problems I wanted to solve for my audience and what I didn’t. You won’t find me showing you how to put your Wordpress theme together step by step. There are people who do that really well and integrate it into their digital products but I didn’t want to be a part of that ‘conversation’ or ‘market’. 3️⃣ I focused on minimum viable Whether that's email or content or visibility or building your site for that matter... I focused on the bare minimum I needed that would allow me to execute quickly and still make an impact. 4️⃣ Decided how I wanted to build authority and visibility Building an expert business - one focused on your skills and teaching - was important to me because it jives with who I am as a person and what I enjoy. This is something that a lot of people don’t mention or factor into their plan. That’s the reason Step 9 in the Online Success Blueprint within the ADDICTED Business Academy (choose how you want to build authority & visibility) was an important part of my plan. --------------------------------------------------------------- So if you’re in this stage or at a crossroads… Think about: a. How do you want to make money? What do you see in your business model? b. What conversations do you want to be a part of? Where do you have something different to say? Where you have a point of view? That gets you excited? If this is difficult, ask yourself, what you don’t want to be a part of…what problems you don’t necessarily want to solve for your audience… c. Get to the foundational aspects. What will be your home base or that channel that helps you build trust? Blog? Podcast? Youtube? You need one. Then go on to pick ONE traffic source and work on it. How will you build authority and social proof? The answers to these can change with time. But have a good grasp of what these are when you’re starting out. Sometimes when you’re lost… It’s probably because you're at step X when we haven’t put in the foundational pieces as yet. But with a roadmap like the Online Success Blueprint, you'll set your foundation in place from the very beginning. --------------------------------------------------------------- In[The ADDICTED Business Academy]() I give you everything you need to know about creating and launching an online business - but not any business...one that has all the right foundational pieces to gear you for success. Nothing is left out or held back. I don’t give you a bunch of theory... Instead there's a training to help you with every aspect. - Goof-proof pro-tips on how to write copy - How to write a mind-blowing blog content - Legalese of starting a blog - A brand style guide - Email Marketing 101 - 2 solid launch plans... - AND MORE! and I am absolutely certain this will help you get your business off the ground Of building your own small tribe Of getting your voice heard Of monetizing your passion Check out The ADDICTED Academy here [() €‹ [Unsubscribe]( | [Update your profile]( | 20 AMK Ave 2, SG, SG 567701
