Today is Day 1 of the Plan Intensive Challenge 🥳 and I want to kick it off by sharing a quote I came across a couple years back! As motivated as the cyclist is to reach 100 km/h, a cycle isn’t designed to reach those numbers. Motivation is but one tiny part of the puzzle.

You can be very motivated but if you're not taking the right steps, no amount of motivation will get you there. This is usually what happens if you feel like no matter what you do or how much you’ve optimized your systems and processes, you can’t move forward.

Sometimes you need to take a step back and think about why you’re not where you are. That's why in Day 1 of the challenge we're starting with a deep dive and taking stock of where we're at. The deeper an understanding you have of your current situation and your stage in the online business roadmap, the easier it will be for you to decide your next course of action. I've spoken extensively about the different stages of growth and if you're familiar with my content you know these stages by the back of your hand. (But if you don't, scroll below for an[easy quiz](=) to identify where you're at! 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼) What I'll be covering in the training: ✅ The 6 main KPI trends + Why KPI trends are important to note ✅ Do you know your minimum survivable/ baseline revenue? ✅ Is your digital presence still on brand €‹ --------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT TO DO NOW 1️⃣ [Download the training worksheets](=) so you can work through them 2️⃣ Watch the training [in the group]( or [in HQ]( 3️⃣ Take the '[ASSESS YOUR BIZ STAGE' quiz](=) [PLAN INTENSIVE HQ]( --------------------------------------------------------------- THE QUIZ If you're stuck and your mind is buzzing with all the things you should be doing, I have [a short quiz](=) to help you. This is a quiz that's exclusive to members in the ADD Business Academy but I'm sharing this with you just for this challenge. It helps you figure out what stage you're at with your online business. This exercise is not meant to box you in or stop you from challenging yourself. It's meant to give you a sense of direction of what your priorities should be. Once you've figured this out, you'll have a better sense of what your focus should be and what's going to help you leap forward. = See you in the group!
