Here's a statement I get a lot: If I could outsource it to someone I'd have more time for the business But the next question... "What would you spend the extra time on to grow the business?"... ...is always met with a blank 😐 or a “I need to think about that” 🤔 Getting help after a certain stage in business is important. But most coaches use hiring as a catchall for everything. The lack of time is almost always the reason something is failing. The first step to 'level up' is to always throw money at outsourcing or hiring out. Hire an OBM Hire someone to write your content I know of someone who even hired a VA just to take care of client scheduling when this was something that could have been easily automated. But nothing ends up getting fixed after outsourcing or hiring. They still have the same problems. The problems become aggravated though because now they have more overheads. When you don’t know what you need the time for, you end up blindly throwing money into growing your team, without thinking about how that actually translates into growing your revenue. Others have said that they’ll spend the time to grow their audience. And while lead generation is important.... Do you know what to say to capitalize on attention and turn that new follower or subscriber into a devoted fan who eventually becomes a client? Are you sending them down optimized pathways that persuade and showcase your point of view? Because if you’re not, then what’s the purpose of lead generation? Outsourcing is an easy answer to every business problem. But it takes courage to stop and admit when you don’t actually have all the answers. Meera --------------------------------------------------------------- Whenever you're ready, here's how I can help: LEADING THROUGH THE NOISE INTENSIVE Create an automated ecosystem of content & offers that boosts authority and primes your audience to buy from you. This is a 1:1 coaching & consulting experience that delivers your authority architecture, a customer journey map, a personalized marketing plan, content topics, and so much more. If you feel like you’ve been up in your head too long overthinking your email sequences, content and offers.... [Send in your application here](=) P.S Missed other emails in this series?
