Now experts say his re-election could be THE deciding race for control of the House this year. If you’d like to unsubscribe, [click here.]( [Malinowski for NJ ](#) {NAME}, I’ll get straight to the point. We have just over FOUR months until the midterms, and right now, we’re coming up on the most important deadline of this election: our summer end-of-quarter deadline at midnight on June 30th. {NAME}, from that point on, the campaign will be in full swing, and there will be no holding back. What we raise between now and then will determine how much we can budget for the decisive final weeks of this contest to hold onto our House majority, fight for New Jersey families, and defeat one of the most cowardly politicians our state has ever seen. [I want to share my personal standpoint on why this matters so much, but first, let me quickly ask you to chip in whatever you can towards our critical $30,000 end-of-quarter goal:]( If you've stored your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will be processed immediately. [Donate $10]( [Donate $25]( [Donate $50]( These past few months have been a sobering reminder of what we stand to lose if the extremist GOP takes back Congress in November. Reproductive rights, gun reform and the safety of our kids, whether America remains a democracy or a country where extremists win and cling to power by violence — that’s what’s on the ballot this fall. But {NAME}, here in New Jersey, WE have the power to do something about it. I am competing in one of the few House districts left that could swing either way this November, and the GOP is heavily targeting my seat. If we win here, we will likely hold our Democratic majority and the power to safeguard our democracy. My opponent, Tom Kean Jr., has consistently chosen to side with the most extreme pro-Trump wing of the GOP in his fourth, desperate effort to get into Congress. He is hiding behind his father’s name while betraying his family’s legacy of moderation, refusing to answer even the most basic questions on the hard issues facing New Jersey families. In fact, during his 20 years as a state senator in Trenton, he didn’t host a single town hall public meeting to talk to New Jerseyans, and the only reporters he’ll talk to are from Fox News. With that track record, it’s no surprise that Kean Jr. has refused to condemn the January 6 insurrection — or to refute Trump’s Big Lie and nonsense claims that the election was stolen. {NAME}, I’m here to tell Kean Jr. that New Jersey voters don’t respect politicians who hide from them and run from responsibility. But we’ve got just a few months left to defeat his cowardly campaign and ensure NJ families continue to have the principled leadership they deserve. [To make sure we’re on the strongest footing possible for the fight ahead, we need to raise $30,000 by midnight on June 30th. This is the MOST important fundraising deadline of this election, {NAME} — because what we raise now will power our fight to the finish over the next four months. Chip in $10 or whatever you can right now to get us closer to our goal:]( If you've stored your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will be processed immediately.
