Something I learned from a guy who’s built a $100M+ sales team: The #1 thing he looks for in a sales person? Not killer sales skills. (Those can be learned.) Not hunger. (Although that’s important.) Surprisingly, the most important thing by far? Conviction. Because when you have 100% conviction in what you’re selling and know without a doubt that it’ll change your client’s life…well, that’s MUCH more powerful than any fancy marketing or sales tactic. As your own #1 salesperson, the same goes for you too. Although in the online world, there’s another term for it that’s more popular: Confidence . But not the “fake it until you make it” type. Or the very-temporary type you get from doing a “Confidence Pose” either. I’m talking about the real stuff. The kind your ideal clients can feel on a sales call…. So they can see the vision you have for your work together and believe just as strongly as you do, that you’re the best person to help them. The kind that comes across in your content when you truly believe in your power as a coach… So the best, highest-quality dream clients stop in their tracks, think “Whoa…who is this? I want to know more.” And then go down a rabbit hole of your content until they know they have to hire you—sometimes within just a day or two. The kind that’s warm yet uncompromising… So your clients know that your coaching container isn’t someplace to mess around, be late for calls, or not do the work. Which then helps them uplevel into the best version of themselves, get the best results, and be a dream to work with. AKA: The kind that makes buying from you a no-brainer . So how do you create this kind of confidence for yourself? Well, I have a very simple “secret” I’ve used since the beginning of my business to do so. It’s also how I was able to have unheard of conversion rates on my sales calls (back when I did them), even though I don’t “handle objections.” And have private clients hiring me for 5- to 6-figure contracts, often within just a short while of “meeting me.” This “secret” works for anyone, no matter where you are in your business or how not confident you might feel right now. And it’s also not intangible or something fluffy like, “Just believe in yourself!” I teach this secret in Video #4 of my training series, The Coach . So if you want to know how to create that kind of confidence for yourself… AND just as importantly, how to actually translate that confidence into your sales calls, content, and coaching containers… You can grab the training right here: [luisazhou.com/the-coach]( I’m excited for you to get the actual tactics for infusing your marketing, sales, and coaching with this confidence so that you attract the highest quality clients, make way more sales, and have the best client results around.

The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
